Welcome and thank you for visiting CLEARS Superior Chapter website. Superior chapter encompasses the 18 counties north of Sacramento to the Oregon border.
I would like to extend an invitation to you to become a member of CLEARS. Membership provides you with valuable information that you will be able to use in your everyday law enforcement records activities. We strive to schedule the current and updated training to meet the needs of our members, i.e., UCR, criminal records, corrections, and communications. CLEARS provides a forum for research and the exchange of ideas and knowledge with hundreds of other law enforcement and criminal justice members throughout the state. We also inform our members of the latest laws affecting the release of records. We are active in promoting and influencing legislation that affects our operations.
I am so pleased to see new, returning, and prospective members at our meetings. We have had an increased in our membership due to the hard work of our membership chairperson Cheri Resetar. The Superior Chapter’s members are dedicated and committed to obtaining our goal of increasing our membership
As a member of CLEARS you are provided with the ability to build your own network with other law enforcement and criminal justice members throughout the seven state chapters. I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
